- The patient administration of the Biel Hospital Center is a central service unit at the interface between patients and external departments as well as between the various internal departments.
- To support the core business, it provides services in the areas of reception, patient and emergency reception, billing, fees and performance recording.
- For the locations Spitalzentrum Biel and MEDIN at the train station, we are looking for a patient care worker 70% immediately or by agreement.
- Personal reception of patients in patient admission (7 days a week)
- Administrative recording, preparation of documents and processing of patient data
- Ensuring a full cost guarantee (certification of insurance relationships)
