Mansioni

• Co-responsibility for the entire wage (D.A.) including the social security benefits of about 1,200 employees together with your colleague
• processing of the registrations and withdrawals including social security benefits and voting work
• preparation, implementation and processing of the monthly wage runs incl.

Processing of all mutations

• settlement of MSU accounts, EO notifications, employer certificates, civil service providers
• reports in case of accident, illness, processing medical certificates
• advice in case of retirement issues and calculation of bridging pensions
• Creating withholding tax and social security accounts incl.

The corresponding annual accounts and the production of personnel statistics

• Application co-responsibility in the time economy system (PEP)
• With the help of the implementation of the new PEP environment / smartPEP
• Contact person for questions on payrolls, allowances, social security benefits, time economy
• If possible take over of vocational training (KV and other non-career areas)
• Requisiti
• Completed commercial training with further training in the field of pay-insurance (social insurance woman/-man, payroll specialist or comparable training)
• Very high level of training IT-Aness and good Excel skills (system knowledge Opale, PEP, UKA advantage)
• joy and knowledge of complex relationships (project work)
• At least five years of experience in the payroll accounting of a larger company
• Structured, accurate and reliable working methods with simultaneous customer contact
