- Qualification as a European Patent Attorney or an equivalent national qualification.
- Preference for dual qualification, that is, European Patent Attorney and a registered attorney before a relevant national office, such as US, UK, or DE offices
- Advanced degree (at least Masters level, and preferably a PhD) in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g. chemical/Biological science)
- 5 years post-qualification experience in either a law-firm or an industrial practice Fluent English
- Thorough knowledge of patent and intellectual property laws globally
- Knowledge in drafting and negotiating intellectual property aspects of agreements with third parties
- In-depth knowledge of the fragrances, food and Cosmetics industry Our benefits
