- Completed studies in (business) informatics, data management, engineering, business administration or comparable
- Several years of experience in ERP transformations and/or data migrations (ideally SAP)
- Sound understanding of data models, master data/transaction data as well as migration procedures (e.g. data profiling, cleansing, mapping, cutover)
- Experience in planning and controlling migrations including migration tests and Go-live/Cutover
- Structured, quality-oriented way of working and ability to manage several projects in parallel
- Very good knowledge of German and English TASKS
- Responsibility for the migration workstream within the ERP transformation program including governance, planning and roadmap per project/wave
- Control of migration teams and coordination with specialist departments, IT and test/integration teams
- Development and coordination of migration concepts including scoping, mapping and cutover
- Ensuring data Profiling, data cleansing and data quality
- Planning and coordination of migration tests (unit/integration/UAT support) as well as cutover and go-live activities
- Management of risks, issues and decisions in the migration environment
- Establishment of transparent migration reporting (status, progress, data quality, readiness)
- Definition and monitoring of relevant migration KPIs
- Close collaboration with the local projects within the program to implement migration requirements, cutover plans and Ensure consistent go-live acceptances
