As Head of the Electric Division, you are the central contact person for your team, our customers and internal interfaces. • You take responsibility for the successful implementation of all electrical projects and services in the electric sub-area in Zug.
• You lead, promote and motivate your team and develop the employees professionally and personally.
• You ensure compliance with labor, safety and quality standards.
• You control and monitor project implementation including budget, cost control and relevant key figures.
• You maintain existing customer relationships and support the expansion of new customer contacts.
• You implement standards, processes and improvements in the electrical sector.
• You promote occupational safety and ensure that training and awareness-raising are carried out in the team.
• You support in contract audits and ensure the professional implementation of service contracts.

• Completed vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ.
• Professional certificate as electrical project manager* in installation and security is absolutely necessary.
• Training in the field of safety is mandatory.
• Several years of experience in the planning and realization of electrical plants.
• Leadership experience or strong leadership competence with high social competence.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of business connections.
• Secure handling of current standards, MS Office and industry-standard tools; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of German
• English is beneficial.
• Confident appearance, analytical thinking and high results orientation.
