During your three-year training, you will gain insights into different departments and will be used in the following work situations:

• Receiving and forwarding bank customers
• Banking clients advise
• Supporting bank customers via digital channels
• Assistance in advising customers
• Administrative preparation and processing of banking transactions
• Assistance in the credit processing, services and leadership support departments

In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete the training with us either in the EFZ advanced basic education or with vocational maturity.
