Your main focus is on the winter & water sports departments as well as customer service & cashier. • In the middle of the action: Your everyday life takes place 100% on the sales area in Baar. You are the face of Decathlon and advise running enthusiasts and fitness fans with full passion. Rethinking retail: You not only sell, but also drive sustainable circular models – from material rental (e.g. treadmills, dumbbell sets or sports watches) to Second Life and support for digital click & collect orders. Your own empire: You are responsible for your fitness & running stock, provide an inspiring presentation of goods and showcase sporting and seasonal highlights. Your daily action: The tasks
• Enthusiastic advice: You listen, analyze the needs and find the perfect equipment for stand-up paddling, swimming, skiing or snowboarding.
• Store presentation: You ensure a seamless presentation of goods in the sports sector and at the cash registers and make your department dynamically and seasonally attractive.
• Efficient goods management: From incoming goods to placing them on the shelf to preparing online orders, you are actively involved. This job is NOTHING for you if...
• You prefer to sit quietly behind a desk all day.
• It is difficult for you to approach people openly, patiently and service-oriented.
• You think cashing, unpacking pallets, and racking up shelves are “not your job.”
• You would rather have free Saturdays.

• Language competence: You speak perfect German (understanding local dialect is a big plus). Good English or French skills are a great bonus. This is what we offer you (at 100% Pensum)
• Attractive wage & bonus: A fixed gross salary between CHF 4'100 and CHF 5'000 (13 monthly wages) plus a monthly team bonus (up to 10% of the salary) and an annual profit share.
