Lawyer (80%) at the Legal Section "Mobility and Natural Hazards" in the Administrative and Legal Service of the Department of Mobility, Spatial Development and Environment in Sion

Main responsibilities

  • In particular, you will subject mobility and natural hazard dossiers for which a municipality or a department of the Department of Mobility, Spatial Development and the Environment commissioned with the construction is the applicant You will mainly deal with mobility and natural hazard dossiers under the responsibility of the Council of State; to this end, you will work closely with the specialist agencies, conduct conciliation negotiations in the event of objections, deal with objections, weigh up the existing interests and make the draft decisions available
  • You will write legal opinions and legal notices You will participate in the drafting of legal texts in close cooperation with the specialist departments

  • You have a master's degree in Swiss law and, ideally, you are admitted to the bar You are interested in areas such as road construction, hydraulic engineering, non-motorised transport and mobility or other areas for which the "Mobility and Natural Hazards" section is responsible You have experience in drafting decisions and administrative law You are characterised by your analytical mindset, your fluency in written expression and your decisiveness You have team spirit, but are also used to an independent way of working You are interested in public affairs You are a native speaker of German, with a good knowledge of the second official language Start of job Immediately or by arrangement Information
