We offer our clients a wide range of asset management mandates that cover their different needs. For the operation of mandates, which are primarily implemented with ETF/index funds in the equity and interest value sector, we are looking for a committed and motivated personality for our headquarters in a central location in Zug.

• You will become an expert for our asset management mandates and build up a comprehensive understanding of our investment solutions.
• You monitor the mandates on an ongoing basis with regard to positioning, performance and other key figures and create comprehensive reporting on them.
• You support the operational operation of our mandates. This includes, for example, updating documents, adjusting allocations and validating transactions.
• You analyze competition offers and prepare the findings in a structured manner.
• You will become the central point of contact for our investment solutions as well as for competitive offers and support consultants with technical questions.
• You create useful documents for our consultants and for our customers, for example training, presentations and customer documentation.
• You contribute to the further development of our investment solutions and prepare well-founded decision-making bases for the management.
• You work on projects around the mandates and on process optimizations.
• You communicate and coordinate tasks with various interfaces.
• You are interested in investment solutions, financial markets and investment topics and quickly get involved in new topics.
• You work reliably, accurately and structured – even if it gets hectic.
• You like to work in a team and see yourself as a service provider.
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
• You want to continuously develop and expand your knowledge.
• You work safely with Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI skills are a plus.
• You have completed an education or study in finance, banking or economics.
