We look after our customers personally and as we are growing strongly, we are looking for reinforcements for our customer service center at our headquarters right next to the train station in Zug.

• You start with a well-founded education and develop step by step into a VZ bank professional.
• You support our customers with questions about eBanking, mobile banking and all other banking services.
• You advise our customers by phone, email and chat and inspire them with excellent service.
• You take on responsibility early on, gain insights into various areas of the bank and continuously develop your expertise.
• You have a real helper gene and do everything you can to find the best solution for our customers.
• You enjoy customer contact and communicate stylishly in German in word and writing.
• You work responsibly, reliably and solution-oriented.
• You bring ambition, willingness to learn and the desire to achieve something professionally.
• Commercial education or ongoing, part-time study.
