Prioritize requirements, create roadmaps and accompany the implementation of new features in close cooperation with development teams. – Identify new technologies and market opportunities and examine how they can be meaningfully integrated into existing or new products. Intermediate between development, sales, marketing and customers and ensure that all stakeholders work towards common product goals. Analyze key figures, evaluate the performance of our products and derive targeted measures for continuous improvement. – Coordinate new functions and product launches and communicate their added value both internally and externally. 03

Experience in product management, ideally in the IT or software environment. – A good understanding of software development, digital products and modern technologies. Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong sense of market and customer needs. Experience in prioritizing requirements, planning product roadmaps and coordinating different stakeholders. Communication strength, organizational talent and the ability to communicate complex topics in an understandable way. – An independent, structured way of working and the motivation to continuously make products better.
