Application process
- Ensuring system functionality and optimizing existing PLM applications
- Conducting requirements analyses in close cooperation with specialist areas
- Planning and implementation of IT projects (e.g. introduction of new applications, migrations, process automation)
- Coordination between internal stakeholders, external service providers and development teams
- Preparation of technical specifications and documentation
- Performance and organisation of tests, quality assurance and go-live accompaniment
- Identification of potential for improvement, development of solution concepts with internal customers incl. Implementation
