We look forward to meeting you! 02 Your task – You plan and realize ICT infrastructure projects in the SME environment, from analysis to commissioning. – You design and implement network, firewall and security solutions. – You work in-depth with switching, routing, VPN, VLANs and classic IP protocols. – You will continue to run and develop server, storage and virtualization environments. – You can realize cloud and hybrid scenarios with Microsoft 365, Azure and VMware. – You manage VoIP and communication solutions and understand the connections between telephony, network, firewall and location networking. – You will analyze complex disruptions in 2nd and 3rd level support and develop sustainable solutions. – You provide technically sound advice to customers, document cleanly and contribute to the further development of services, standards and architectures. 03

04 Your profile – You have completed training as a computer scientist, ideally with a specialization in systems engineering, platforms or infrastructure. – A further education in the ICT sector, for example, e.g. Professional ID or HF, is an advantage. – You bring several years of experience as a system engineer, preferably at an ICT service provider. – You have very good knowledge of IP networks, routing, switching, VLANs and VPN. – You are familiar with firewall, security, server, storage and virtualization environments. – You have experience with Microsoft Cloud Services, especially Microsoft 365 and Azure. Knowledge of VoIP and communication solutions is an advantage. – You think analytically, work independently and in a structured way and communicate safely with customers and internal specialists. – Confident knowledge of German (C2) and very good knowledge of English (B2) – In possession of category B driving licence 05 Worth knowing – Demanding system engineering tasks with a high level of personal responsibility. – Varied customer environments with modern ICT infrastructures.
