Tasks

Do you want to not only coordinate mobile, communication and alerting solutions, but also actively shape them technically? Then become part of our ICT team and take responsibility for central communication services in an exciting healthcare environment. They are responsible for the operation and further development of our mobile, communication and alarm management services and actively work on technical solutions. A particular focus is on Microsoft Intune and modern mobile device management solutions, including security and compliance policies. In addition, you support and optimize the alarm management systems in the health environment (e.g. Ascom) and support their continuous development.

Your responsibilities include

• Engineering and Operation of Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management Solutions
• Operation and further development of alarm management systems (Ascom)
• Support of VoIP, mobile and data communication services
• Analysis and resolution of complex disturbances at the 2nd/3rd level
• Participation in ICT and digitalisation projects

Requirements

They have a computer science education or equivalent technical qualification and have experience in several of the following areas:

• Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management
• Alarm management systems
• VoIP, mobile or communication solutions
