- Responsibility for the further development of the Integrated Management System (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) in compliance with Group requirements and legal requirements.
- Central contact person for authorities, auditors and external bodies, as well as monitoring inspections, audits and certifications.
- Management of risk analyses, environmental assessments, incident and accident investigations, including ensuring effective measures.
- Promote a sustainable safety culture through training, awareness-raising and close cooperation with managers and employees.
- Development and coordination of emergency and crisis management processes and organisation of appropriate exercises.
- Ensuring meaningful HSE reporting and active cooperation in group-wide HSE initiatives and in the exchange of best practice. Skills required
- Completed vocational training with further training and qualification as a specialist:in ASGS or expert:in ASGS.
- Several years of experience in the HSE environment of an industrial or logistics company, excellent communication skills in German and English, and a strong proximity to operational business.
