The Zug Canton Hospital serves the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1,200 employees, 180 of them in education and training, work in a wide range of fields. Every year we treat and care for more than 11,500 inpatient patients and more than 70,000 outpatients. In the interdisciplinary emergency center, more than 27,500 people are treated annually. For our personnel area we are looking for 1. November 2026 or by agreement a competent and initiative HR area responsible (m/f) Your tasks

• Responsibility for the entire Employee Life Cycle (recruiting, onboarding, development, offboarding) for specialist areas and various clinics
• Participation in the implementation and further development of HR strategies, processes and projects
• Advising and supporting managers and employees in all personnel-relevant topics
• Accompaniment of change processes and organizational developments, as well as health management your profile
• Completed commercial training as well as HR-specific further education preferably with a federal specialist card
• Several years of relevant practical experience, preferably in an acute hospital
• Proven know-how throughout the HR life cycle
• High IT affinity (Opale, PEP, UKA v.V.)
• Strong consulting and change management skills
