Main responsibilities
- You work closely in a tandem model with the HF nurses and the NDS HF intensive care experts
- Embedded in a large interdisciplinary team, you make a significant contribution to the patients' entire recovery and therapy process
- As part of the nursing team, you look after our patients together in accordance with the goals defined in the nursing process
- A modern clinical information system supports you around the clock by digitally mapping the entire patient process and providing all relevant data up to date at all times Requirements:
- You have a certificate of competency as a health specialist
