Tasks
- Business Ownership: Revenue and margin responsibility for the Business Unit with the categories Mobile & Tablets, Computing, Components & Storage, Workplace and Printing & HP
- Strategically grow: Together with your management team, you develop growth and assortment strategies across all sales channels
- Set goals and manage performance: You control the course of business, set clear goals and OKRs in line with the overall strategy
- Drive transformation together: You work closely with commercial, sales, marketing, IT and operations and actively shape changes in purchasing, pricing and automated SCM and E2E processes.
- Strengthen your team: Empower your leadership team to drive creative and innovative solutions as part of our strategy
Requirements
- Professional expertise: Advanced degree in business administration, business administration or comparable, in-depth strategic and operational experience, in category management, trade or e-commerce ideally in the ICT environment
- Management experience: Several years of leadership experience, also over several hierarchical levels, in category management and in product range development
- Analytical & entrepreneurial: Strong data orientation, high problem-solving competence and enjoyment of performance control
- Communicative & binding: High social skills, excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
- Technology affinity: familiar with the current workplace tools as well as tools & processes in automated SCM, purchasing, pricing, etc.
