- This role partners closely with regional business leadership to shape and execute the people strategy, enable business growth, drive organizational effectiveness, and ensure consistent application of Galderma’s global HR policies and values across diverse markets.

- Champion Galderma’s culture and values across EMEAC, ensuring they are embedded in leadership, people processes , and daily behaviours .
- Use engagement and pulse survey data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and collaborate with leaders on action plans.
- Coach senior leaders on inclusive leadership, performance management, and effective people management. HR operations & governance
- Ensure consistent and compliant implementation of HR policies, processes, and employment practices across EMEAC, working closely with local HR and Legal where needed.
