- You manage the kitchens and restaurants on our Courtepin and Bazenheid sites
- You harmonize practices between the two sites, particularly in terms of products, quality and processes
- Professional experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in collective catering
- Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC): CFC of cook with higher training in the field of catering / hospitality
Main responsibilities
- You manage the kitchens and restaurants on our Courtepin and Bazenheid sites
- You harmonize practices between the two sites, particularly in terms of products, quality and processes
- You standardize processes in order to improve the efficiency and quality of restaurants
- You develop and implement standardization concepts
- You ensure centralized management of resources and costs
- You guarantee working conditions that comply with safety, health and safety requirements well-being
- You are the main contact for suppliers and you manage orders for goods You carry out various administrative tasks You offer balanced and modern dishes
- You contribute to good nutritional health by taking into account the different activities of employees
Key requirements
- Professional experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in collective catering
- Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC): CFC of cook with higher training in the field of catering / hospitality
- French (Good proficiency) German (Good command): Bilingual French-German or with a very good level in both languages (B2/C1).
- You distinguish yourself by a strong performance and results orientation
- You demonstrate excellent customer orientation and a strong sense of service
- You are available and flexible to make regular trips between Courtepin and Bazenheid
- You have a good command of the usual IT tools
- Migros club school: Reimbursement of 70% of course fees, up to a maximum of CHF 1,000 per calendar year
- Sports and fitness offers: Contribution to fitness subscriptions: maximum CHF 200.- per subscription and per year
- Catering: Balanced lunch menu/buffet in the staff restaurant for a maximum of CHF 7.-
