Group leader Manufaktur (m/f/d) 80% inclusioplus work The inclusioplus business unit of the Psychiatry Baselland bundles the services of disability assistance. inclusioplus offers various forms of assisted work of different intensively supervised living arrangements in Liestal and in Niederdorf, ambulatory living support as well as meaningful daily arrangements for people with cognitive, psychological and multiple impairments.
In order to strengthen our team in the Manufaktur integration company, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality with experience working with people with mental disabilities.
In our manufactory, we produce cards and soaps, among other things, by careful handwork and also take on individual commissioned work.

- Ideally, professional experience accompanying people with mental impairment

- Very good written expressive capacity for reports and documentation
