- As part of the Global Planner Office Team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Product Management and regional organizations.
- Together, we develop new initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen Siemens’ collaboration with planners, consultants, designers and other specification influencers around the world. Your Mission
- Help shape and scale Siemens’ global Planner Office ecosystem by driving collaboration across regions and strengthening our engagement with planners, consultants, designers and other specification influencers worldwide.
- Support the rollout and continuous development of Planner Offices across our global organization
- Help local teams increase their maturity and maximize business impact Shape the Future of Planner Engagement
- Contribute to new concepts and engagement approaches for planners and consultants
- Identify opportunities to strengthen Siemens' early-phase influence and consultant engagement
- Collaborate across HQ functions, regional organizations and the global Planner Office network Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the Smart Buildings industry , ideally gained within a planning office, consulting company, engineering firm, design office or customer-facing Siemens role.
- First-hand experience working with planners, consultants or designers is highly valued
