The Zug Canton Hospital serves the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1,200 employees, 180 of them in education and training, work in a wide range of fields. Every year we treat and care for more than 11,500 inpatient patients and more than 70,000 outpatients. In the interdisciplinary emergency center, more than 27,500 people are treated annually. For our public pharmacy we are looking for a pharmacist from 1 November 2026 or by appointment. Their tasks

• Optimal care of our patients during hospital exit as part of pharmaceutical exit management
• Competent pharmaceutical advice for our outpatients
• Validation, optimization and support of drug therapies across a wide range of treatments
• Intensified cooperation with the medical profession and nursing staff, providing specialist information and contributing pharmaceutical expertise in the context of therapy decisions
• Implementation of vaccination
• Accompanying innovative projects for continuous development
• Pharmaceutical support for external institutions
• One fixed day per week plus Saturday services in turn your profile
• Eidg. Diploma as a pharmacist (or recognised foreign diploma)
• Professional experience in a public pharmacy desirable
• High quality and responsibility, reliability, teamwork and resilience
• Competence, communication skills and safe presence
