Main responsibilities
- As an expert you are part of the shared governance team of the orthopaedic department and represent specialist topics in the team.
- As a specialist / specialist orthopaedic specialist, you significantly influence the professional quality in the department.
- They promote and accompany the continuous development of quality standards and support the team as a competent contact person for nursing issues.
- They conduct case meetings and short training sessions and support the care team in the correct implementation of nursing activities as well as in complex care situations.
- They care for patients in accordance with internal standards on all three shifts comprehensively and implement the care process correctly.
- You are a nurse FH/RF with further training in nursing subject and/or quality assurance (CAS/DAS/MAS/NDK/NDS) or are ready to complete such training.
- They have professional experience and stand out as a committed, purposeful and resilient personality.
- They work solution-oriented, have implementation competence and like to promote constructive interprofessional cooperation.
- They have the courage and the will to go new and unconventional ways.
- They have a high level of organisational capacity, are flexible and resilient.
