For our staff directorate, we are looking for an organizationally strong, discreet and communicative personality who supervises the documentary medical system and actively supports the staff directorate.

YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for the entire document doctor management – from the admission of new doctors to onboarding to contract processing and master data maintenance
• Ensuring professional and efficient cooperation with our doctors and the various internal and external interfaces
• Further development and optimization of administrative processes in documentary medicine
• Support for the Directorate, Head of Staff and Heads of Division in a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks
• Cooperation in projects as well as in the areas of quality management, marketing and communication
• Organization and coordination of meetings, appointments and other tasks in the day-to-day business of the Staff Directorate

Your profile

• Completed basic commercial training (e.g. management assistance) or medical training with sound commercial further education
• Several years of experience in an assistant or staff function, ideally in the Swiss health care or hospital environment
• Good understanding of hospital internal processes
• Knowledge of contracting is an advantage
• Strong organisational talent as well as a structured, exact and proactive way of working
• High social competence, stylish appearance, strong communication skills and absolute discretion
• Very experienced handling of MS Office applications and other IT applications
• Experience with clinic information systems is advantageous
