Tasks

• Implementation of the smooth maintenance cleaning according to the customer contract
• Organizing and optimizing workflows incl. Quality controls
• Material management and monitoring of material consumption
• Support in the recruitment of cleaning staff and holiday representatives
• Staff management (introduction, deployment and holiday planning, training, recording of working hours and absences, reporting of personnel changes to the respective interfaces, etc.)
• Organising and reporting management services
• Support for the Head of Cleaning in administrative and operational processes
• Ensure occupational safety, health protection and the proper handling of machinery and equipment
• Personnel and professional management of a larger number of employees
• Economic governance and monitoring of budget compliance
• Ensuring high-quality service provision in the responsible areas
• Cooperation with various external suppliers and internal contact persons in the FM mandates and central departments
• On-site inspections of customers

Requirements

• Several years of successful professional and managerial experience in cleaning
• Negotiable in German and English
• Reliable personality with a secure appearance towards internal and external customers
• Economic Perspective and Joy in Dealing with Employees
• Active participation in the design of innovations and further development
• High self-motivation and independence
• Proven experience in team leadership is imperative
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing, other languages are advantageous
• Good PC knowledge (MS Office) and willingness to use various internal tools
• Exact, structured and independent working methods
• High quality awareness, pronounced customer orientation and impeccable manners
• Impeccable gum
