The Zug Canton Hospital serves the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1,200 employees, 180 of them in education and training, work in a wide range of fields. Every year we treat and care for more than 11,500 inpatient and more than 70,000 outpatients. In the interdisciplinary emergency center, more than 27,500 people are treated annually. For our finance department we are looking for a controller as of 1 January 2027 or by agreement. Their tasks

• Preparation of quarterly and monthly reports for clinics and other areas and support of clinical areas in your financial issues
• Support for the establishment and further development of a management information system
• Cooperation in budgeting, extrapolation and further development of HR controlling
• Support in the further development of cost and performance accounting according to REKOLE® Your profile
• Appropriate training in finance (Uni/FH or Dipl.) Expert with further training in controlling
• Healthcare experience, preferably in an acute hospital
• High IT affinity and knowledge of common industry software applications is an advantage
