Raiffeisenbank Zug with its sites in Baar, Zug and Walchwil is a successful, dynamic bank with high customer confidence and strong population anchoring.

To strengthen our customer consulting team, we are looking for an independent and committed personality as a customer consultant at our headquarters in Baar. You take responsibility for the Welcome Desk and are jointly responsible for the consulting and development of our team-maintained customers.

Tasks

• You are the host and first contact person for our customers
• You advise our team-maintained customers in the basic products "saving, figures, investing & provisions"
• You work in a top modern consulting bank and have a well-functioning and well-trained team at your side

Requirements

• Completed banking training
• Experience in the customer consulting of a bank
• Communicative and open personality, joy in customer contact and ability to keep track of the situation even in hectic situations
• Anchoring in the canton of Zug
