We are looking for a service-oriented and motivated personality to strengthen our team in Zug. Employee: in reception (Mo & Di) You can move that with us.

• Receive visitors, customers, employees from other locations and suppliers and notify internal contacts
• Issuance, management and return of visitor IDs, temporary staff IDs and contractor IDs
• Ordering office supplies and coffee
• Contact point for all questions in the office
• Responsible for order in the reception area
• Rapid and reliable receipt and routing of telephone calls
• Courier handling services
• Booking and management of meeting rooms

The assignments at our customer (pharmaceutical industry) take place on two shifts (07:30 -16.30 and 09:00-18.00). For holidays, illness and other absences, you also jump in once a whole week. Flexibility and reliability, independence and a quick comprehension are also among your character traits. You also bring the following:

• Compelling professional experience at the reception and in a larger, multicultural service environment
• Flowing language skills in English
• Competent PC and MS Office skills
• Strong communication and team skills
• Willingness and flexibility for more use in the absence of holidays and illnesses in the team
