We are looking for 1. April 2027 a dedicated and experienced personality as Chief Medical Secretary 80 – 100% Medicine In this responsible position, you and your team ensure the smooth organization of our medical secretariat. This includes timely writing of medical reports, secretarial work for the cadre doctors, organization of medical office hours, billing of outpatient medical services, contacts with our referrals, health insurance funds and patients, etc. You take over the personnel, professional and organizational leadership of 5 employees and actively drive the further development of the secretariat. Our desired profile

• Completed basic commercial training and training as chief medical secretary
• Professional experience in a medical environment, ideally in a chief medical secretariat
• stylish knowledge of German and very good MS-Office user knowledge
• High willingness to provide services and work independently
• Professional appearance, discretion and reliability
