- Development and implementation of market and sales strategies for the successful positioning of DBS, DRG and RF therapies in Switzerland
- Identification, development and expansion of strategic customer accounts to increase market penetration in DBS
Main responsibilities
- Development and implementation of market and sales strategies for the successful positioning of DBS, DRG and RF therapies in Switzerland
- Identification, development and expansion of strategic customer accounts to increase market penetration in DBS
- Segmentation of the market and prioritization of suitable target customers in DBS in close cooperation with Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists and Marketing
- Establishment, maintenance and further development of a national Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network in the field of DBS
- Responsibility for the therapy strategy in the area of DRG as well as initiation and management of relevant clinical customer events, workshops and round tables
- Creating and implementing individual account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Function as national trainer and specialist contact person for DRG and RF therapies in Switzerland
- Support for European neuromodulation training and education activities
- Training and professional support of sales staff as well as support of doctors and nurses during implantations and follow-up appointments
- Analysis of market, competition and customer developments to identify new business opportunities and growth areas
