- Your tasks
For our renowned own brand Buderus, we are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual to strengthen our team in German-speaking Switzerland as a Biomass Service Technician (m/f/div.). Job description
- You will professionally commission biomass (wood) heating systems, hot water systems, solar systems and control systems and carry out repair and maintenance work.
- You carefully maintain the systems according to the high Buderus quality standards.
- You will analyse and rectify faults – competently, efficiently and independently.
- You advise our customers on the optimal device settings according to their individual needs.
- You inform them about the advantages of our optional Buderus maintenance contracts.
- You organize your service assignments independently and report them reliably back to our customers and the scheduling department.
- You will take over the on-call duty (on-call) in rotation with the team.
- Your profile
Qualifications
- Education: EFZ training; preferably in the electrical, heating, mechanical engineering or automotive industries,
- Personality and way of working: reliable, independent, service-oriented, resilient and flexible
- Experience: Experience in the industry is desirable, but "a positive mindset, a great willingness to learn and an interest in the subject matter" is much more important to us
- Languages: stylistically confident knowledge of German
