We, Raiffeisenbank Cham-Steinhausen, are a successful and innovative bank, which is one of the largest Raiffeisen banks in Switzerland. At our locations in Cham, Steinhausen and Mettmenstetten, we employ around 75 people, including 4 apprentices.For our modern advisory bank in Steinhausen, we are looking for a winning, service-oriented and committed personality. Tasks: • Recognizing and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous customer portfolio support • Ensuring simple, standardized consultations on numbers, savings, creation and development of needs-based solutions taking into account the customer’s living situation as well as within the segment-specific / customer-specific product range • Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers • Cooperation in market development measures and customer events, representative tasks Requirements • Completed banking education or equivalent with banking experience • Enjoying customer contact with a high level of service and good communication skills • Enthusiastic and sales-oriented personality with a winning appearance • Flexibility and teamwork • Self-employed, responsible and goal-oriented working methods We offer: Cooperative values are our fundamental pillars: togetherness.
