- The team supports the Audit business by creating high-quality proposals and client materials, blending communication, sales, audit, and design to craft compelling client stories.

- Research clients, industries and market trends to tailor proposals and differentiate PwC in a competitive landscape
- Review and refine proposal materials to ensure accuracy, impact and alignment with PwC policies and brand guidelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practices, constructively challenging existing approaches and introducing new ideas across pursuits
- 2–4 years of experience in proposal management, bid management or proposal writing, ideally within the services industry; experience in business development, account management, project management or marketing can also be leveraged
- Full professional proficiency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage
- Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritise, manage multiple deadlines and take ownership in dynamic environments
- Client centric mindset combined with curiosity to understand internal and external stakeholder needs and translate them into impactful solutions
