Role overview
You have a well-founded audit experience and want to change consciously into an environment where you take quick responsibility, work closer to customers and have real ownership?
We are looking for experienced personalities who do not want to start at zero, but want to connect to where they were already strong: take responsibility, lead a portfolio and position themselves as head of mandate.
We are a specialized assurance team focusing on restricted revisions and SME audits.
- You have a well-founded audit experience and want to change consciously into an environment where you take quick responsibility, work closer to customers and have real ownership?
- We are looking for experienced personalities who do not want to start at zero, but want to connect to where they were already strong: take responsibility, lead a portfolio and position themselves as head of mandate.
- Take over an existing mandate portfolio or set up its own portfolio – depending on the initial position with a clear development path
- Acting as Sparring Partner:in the eye for customers:inside – professional and entrepreneurial
- Accredited Swiss auditor qualification or comparable training (e.g.
- ACCA, ACA, CPA) or on appropriate training path
Main responsibilities
- Take over an existing mandate portfolio or set up its own portfolio – depending on the initial position with a clear development path
- Acting as Sparring Partner:in the eye for customers:inside – professional and entrepreneurial
- Conducting and conducting audits in the area of restricted revisions / SME audit with high self-responsibility and quality

Key requirements
- Accredited Swiss auditor qualification or comparable training (e.g.
- ACCA, ACA, CPA) or on appropriate training path
- Multiannual experience in auditing, ideally in the area of restricted audits / SMEs
- Clear ambition to take responsibility and lead mandates
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-responsibility and strong quality standards Very good German and English skills A chi ci rivolgiamo
