Main responsibilities
- Support of currently two estate consultants in the preparation and processing of documents such as wills, marriage and inheritance contracts, proposals for division, provision orders, etc.
- Acceptance and coordinated processing of customer concerns
- Administrative support in day-to-day business
- Organisation and coordination of appointments
- Clarifications at offices, authorities and institutions
- Ensuring and implementing internal processes Opening and settlement of mandates Requirements Basic commercial training
- Experience in an assistant role in banking or law
- Strong quality awareness and a structured, careful, detailed and precise working method
- Strength of communication in word and writing (German)
