Application process
- System assurance: ensuring stable and highly available POS applications in day-to-day business with high performance - troubleshooting analysis: independent analysis and sustainable correction of incidents as well as taking over 2nd and 3rd level support in close coordination with internal interfaces and external partners
- Application development: Active further development of the POS system landscape, implementation of new functionalities and end-to-end implementation of technical requirements up to go-live
- Project cooperation: participation in demanding projects for Introduction of new applications or migrations including ensuring a structured, timely process
- Documentation: setup, maintenance and further development of technical documentation as well as support in the transfer of know-how to users and internal teams
- Security & System integrity: ensuring compliance with relevant IT security and compliance requirements and active contribution to long-term stability and security of the system landscape
- Professional experience: Experience in application management, ideally in retail or PO environments
- Skills: Knowledge in ITIL processes are beneficial Field of Activity: Office Penum: 40-60
