Application process
- Design application architecture and make technical decisions (segmentation, APIs, security, overall coherence).
- Develop full stack: services and REST APIs in Java / Spring Boot, interfaces in Angular, front/back integration.
- Ensure quality: code reviews, TDD, best practices, quality gates, technical debt reduction.
- Industrialize delivery: CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and deployments across multiple environments.
- Provide technical guidance to the team: mentoring, onboarding, facilitating technical rituals, increasing developer autonomy.
- Secure production: deployments, monitoring, incident management, and prevention.
- Collaborate with business and stakeholders (Product Owner, partner teams) to translate needs into technical solutions. Required Profile
- 7+ years of experience in Java development, including initial experience as a technical lead or reference.
