We are looking for a service-oriented, dynamic and flexible personality to strengthen our team.

Tasks

In a small team, you manage several buildings and properties of demanding customers. Your responsibilities include the following activities:

• Taking over all infrastructural tasks (e.g. environmental work, winter service, outdoor cleaning)
• Office removal operations
• General housekeeper and mobile phone work (e.g. change of lighting, etc.)
• Carrying out minor repairs
• Gardening/environment
• Disposal and recycling, cooperation at the in-house Oekihof
• Responsibility for the allocated vehicle
• Winter Picquet Service (Nov.-April)

Requirements

You describe yourself as a service provider: in the innermost conviction. Positive feedback on your performance motivates you and spurs you on to further top performances. You also bring:

• Completed basic training, beneficial in the field (cleaning of buildings, maintenance, logistics or similar)
• Several years of professional experience desired
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing
• Good computer user knowledge (mandatory)
• Cat B driving licence (mandatory), with trailer test
• Craftsmanship (mandatory)
• Customer-oriented, efficient and independent working method
• They are well-groomed and well-groomed.
• Teamplayer
