• Greeting and advising customers in the checkout area

• Addressing and motivating customers to use the self-service offers

• Support for the scanning and payment process at the self-checkout checkouts

• Help with technical or operation-related questions

• Ensuring a neat and sales-promoting appearance in the self-checkout area

• Implementation of quality controls

• Cashier at regular cash registers

Your profile

• Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage

• Flexibility regarding working hours (Mon-Sat between 05:00-22:00; early and/or late shift)

• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and advice

• Basic technical understanding of POS systems

• Patience and empathy

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Resilience and flexibility, even with high customer volumes

• Good knowledge of German, other languages are an advantage
