Main responsibilities
- Administrative support: you support our products management in the entry of our regular orders.
- Invoicing support: you support the reconciliation of invoices by monitoring the accuracy of the data and capturing them.
- Communication: You support communication with our subsidiaries.
- Polyvalence: you are adapting and proactivity to meet the various tasks of the support service. Required
- 2 years of experience: in an administrative assistant role, technical or in the management of relations with external partners.
- Completed studies (Uni/VET, HES, ES): in the field of management, administration or a related technical field.
- Mastering IT tools: You commonly use office automation and SAP tools to manage administrative data and processes.
- Communication skills: You communicate effectively in French and German, facilitating exchanges with stakeholders.
- Occupational pension: Primary contributions, contribution from 20 years doubled by Migros and possibility of early retirement from 58 years.
- Restoration: Reduction of meal of Fr.4 (from purchases of 10.-) in Migros restaurants.
