Main responsibilities
- Preparation of the cold and warm food offer
- Advice and service of our guests as well as the menu output
- Establishment and maintenance of buffets in the Free Flow (guest area)
- Active support in the management of goods and in the reception of goods
- Various Mise en Place Work in the respective work area
- Compliance with GMZ quality standards and HACCP hygiene guidelines Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience: as cook Completed apprenticeship (EFZ): as cook
- Flexible operational readiness from Monday to Saturday in different shifts (early and late services, without room hour)
- Motivated, organized and humorous team player personality
- Efficient, forward-looking and orderly work
