In this responsible role, you assume overall responsibility for the training of our commercial learners and shape their professional and personal development in a sustainable manner.
With your pedagogical competence, your organisational talent and your sense of people, you create a motivating learning environment, promote a high quality of training and continuously develop our vocational training.

- They bear the overall responsibility for a professional, contemporary and holistic training of our commercial learners over the entire apprenticeship period and ensure compliance with the legal requirements and the Bühler training standards
- They plan, coordinate and develop the training content, transfer assignments and internships on an ongoing basis and ensure a high quality of training through regular progress and success checks.
Main responsibilities
- They bear the overall responsibility for a professional, contemporary and holistic training of our commercial learners over the entire apprenticeship period and ensure compliance with the legal requirements and the Bühler training standards
- They plan, coordinate and develop the training content, transfer assignments and internships on an ongoing basis and ensure a high quality of training through regular progress and success checks.
- They lead and support practical trainers: inside the transfer offices and advise them in pedagogical, methodical and demanding care situations
- They accompany the learners in their professional and personal development, conduct regular location and teaching interviews and, if necessary, coordinate suitable support measures with internal and external contacts.
- As a dedicated team member, you participate in recruitment and information events.
- If necessary, you also support the organisation of assignments abroad for learners in all professional fields as well as the planning and implementation of vocational training events. Requirements
- Completed commercial basic education with relevant further training, for example as a vocational trainee:in, training manager:in, HR specialist or in business administration
- Several years of professional experience in the commercial environment
- Good knowledge of the Swiss vocational training system, commercial basic education and the relevant legal bases;
- Experience as an audit expert:in or ÜK-leiter:in is an advantage
