In both areas, you take a central leadership role in the practical training of our students and students and actively shape the further development of the station as part of the shared governance team.

- You plan, structure and accompany the practical training of learners and students and support them in their learning process
- You develop, plan and evaluate practical learning units in close cooperation with the educational authorities
Main responsibilities
- You plan, structure and accompany the practical training of learners and students and support them in their learning process
- You develop, plan and evaluate practical learning units in close cooperation with the educational authorities
- You conduct entrance, location, competence and qualification talks and document learning processes in a comprehensible and structured manner
- You are the first person to address educational topics at the station and create a motivating, learning-enhancing environment
- As a professional teacher: you lead the department's training team at the professional level
- You implement quality assurance measures and actively contribute to the further development of the educational processes
- You are involved in projects, working groups and in the learning and working group (LAG)
- You are actively involved in patient care and are a professional and educational model in everyday clinical life Requirements:
- Completed training as a graduate nursing specialist HF/FH
- Training in education (e.g. STEB, CAS or equivalent)
