To complement our team, we are looking for a

Application process
- Receive, analyze applications to the Visual Rehabilitation Unit, verify admission criteria and prioritize interventions
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of medical, functional, social and environmental needs and link them to the priority needs of the recipient
- Referring beneficiaries to appropriate internal or external services
- Coordinate interventions with stakeholders and monitor the accompanying plan
- Inform, advise and support beneficiaries and their relatives
- Facilitate communication between the professionals and partners involved
- Ensure quality and traceability of documentation Administrative follow-up of the care path
