Active in vocational training, it promotes the development of young talent, with every year more than 120 learners trained in our departments. In order to strengthen our Marketing and Customer Experience Division, we are looking for a university/HES intern who is currently studying Bachelor or Master, for a period of 6 months as of February 2027. You will join the Product Owners team and contribute to strategic initiatives at the heart of the transformation of Vaudoise's customer experience. Along with experienced Product Owners, you will participate in the evolution of digital products and services related to CRM, customer journeys, digital communications, data, artificial intelligence and omnichannel experience. The missions that await you:

• Support a Product Owner in monitoring its activities, preparing its topics and coordinating next steps
• Collect, analyse and structure user and stakeholder needs
• Participate in the analysis of customer journeys and the identification of value-creating opportunities
• Contribute to product backlog management, formalization of needs and user stories
• Prepare workshops, decision-making materials, presentations and recommendations
• Participate in product strategy, initiative prioritization and roadmap development
• Support the Product Owners team in its cross-cutting activities and continuous improvement efforts What you will develop: PRODUCT MANAGEMENT From Vision to Pilotage AGILE Backlog and user stories CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Requirements and Route DIGITAL PROCESSING CRM, data and IA Your profile:
• You are currently in Bachelor or Master (university or HES) in management, information systems, economics, marketing, digital, data or equivalent field
• You have excellent analytical, synthesis and structuring capabilities
• You are comfortable with office automation and collaborative tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams or Confluence
• You are able to clearly formalize a need and produce simple, structured and usable documentation
• You are interested in digital products, customer experience and new technologies
• Initial knowledge of Agile approaches, Product Management, UX or Business Analysis is an asset
• An interest in CRM, data, artificial intelligence or digital transformation is also an asset
• You have excellent command of French and a good professional level in English We offer you :
