In order to strengthen our P&C Department, we are looking for a current Bachelor or Master intern for a period of 6 months from February 2027 in Lausanne. Within the Animal Insurance Marketing & Communication team (Animalia & Epona), the University Trainee/HES is involved in the development and implementation of marketing actions aimed at increasing brand awareness, supporting business objectives and improving customer experience. Integrated into a dynamic and multidisciplinary team, he/she contributes to a variety of projects related to marketing project management, performance analysis, content creation, partnerships and events. The course offers a comprehensive vision of marketing within a major player in Swiss insurance and enables the development of concrete skills in digital marketing, data analysis, communication and project management The missions that await you:

• Participate in the management and monitoring of cross-cutting marketing projects
• Conduct market analyses, competitive benchmarks and sector monitoring
• Contribute to the creation, adaptation and updating of marketing content for different communication media
• Participate in the preparation, monitoring and evaluation of marketing and communication campaigns
• Analyze the performance of marketing actions using scoreboards and key indicators (KPI)
• Contribute to the reflection and development of new concepts, products, services or customer journeys
• Collaborate with marketing teams, product, customer service, sales and external partners according to projects Your profile:
• You are in the course of academic studies (university or college) with an orientation Marketing, Communication, Business Economics or equivalent field
• You have a strong interest in digital marketing and project management
• You have good editorial skills in French
• You have ease with Microsoft 365 office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and have an interest in analytics, reporting and artificial intelligence tools
• You are able to analyze data and draw recommendations from it
• You have knowledge of the basic principles of digital marketing and communication
