Role overview
Introduction For our Production division, we are looking for a Cross-functional Project Manager (M/F) whose main missions will be to manage a portfolio of optimization projects and guarantee the achievement of the associated objectives.
You will be required to manage both operational projects, such as the optimization of production management methods, and more strategic projects for the company, such as the evolution of internal or external processes with an impact on sustainability.
The diversity of these missions will allow you to flourish in a stimulating environment, while developing varied skills and an extensive network.

- Develop a complete and synthetic framework for projects
- Plan the different phases of the project and monitor the progress of actions Identify, analyze and control risks
Main responsibilities
- Develop a complete and synthetic framework for projects

- Manage the budget and optimize the allocation of resources
- Coordinate all stakeholders in the project team
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders: team, hierarchy, partners, etc.
- Guarantee regular reporting to Management and Management
- Formulate, formalize and validate key decisions relating to projects Profile
- Graduate of an engineering school (Master HES or EPF)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, ideally acquired in a demanding industrial environment
- Proven mastery of project management methods and tools
