Main responsibilities
- Conduct of practical courses in business analysis, digital transformation and artificial intelligence
- Transmission of skills related to identification and needs analysis; developing a strategy for change; development of solutions and development of Business Cases Linking theoretical content to practice
- Creating a motivating learning environment based on exchange and practice
- Individualized support of participants in their progress Required
- Minimum 5 years: Business Analysis, Computer Science, Project Management, Product Management, Digital Transformation or Artificial Intelligence
- Bachelor (university/high school specialized): Computer Science, Management Computer Science, Business Analysis or equivalent

- Experience confirmed in Business Analysis, as well as in project management, product management or digital transformation, with participation in organizational or technological change projects
- Very good mastery of Business Analysis methods and techniques
- Practical experience in designing, evaluating and deploying solutions based on artificial intelligence within companies
- Excellent understanding of the AI tools and technologies currently used in business, including: IA generative;
- IA assistants and co-pilots; intelligent workflow automation; IA agents; low-code/no-code platforms
- Experience with adult audiences, first experience in education
- Pedagogical training (SVEB 1 / ESFA or equivalent) an asset French (Very good knowledge) Cosa offeriamo
