Main responsibilities
- Key responsibilities Compliance Support and Risk Management
- Due Diligence Suppliers: Verify that the records contain all required supporting documents (tax documents, bank documents, etc.) prior to SEO.
- Risk Monitoring: Assist in the financial health assessment of partners (Due Diligence) to minimize the risk of failure.
- Ensure strict compliance with the group's compliance processes and rules within the subsidiary.
- Operations Facilitator Procurement (Transactional Support)
- Entry Point Users: Serve as a first contact for internal customers on procurement processes and tools (SAP, Smartsheet).
- Order and Litigation Management: Manage requests for indirect purchases and collaborate with accounting to resolve invoice disputes. Contractual Management and Databases
- Contract life cycle: Follow the signature circuit of the framework agreements and ensure an alert on the renewal of contracts coming to maturity.
- Master Data: Pilot the actual SEO and vendor update in SAP and the subsidiary's IT tools. Support for the purchase process
- Conduct comparative analyses of financial tenders (RFI/RFQ) during calls for tender.
